6 months already!

Chaiya Violet is 6 months today. Time is seriously flying. Day by day she”s turning into a little person and leaving my little baby behind. She’ll still be my “baby” but its not the same. This little girl is definitely more advanced than the others. At 5.5 months old she could almost sit by herself unassisted. She’s pretty much there. I think she’s going to be an early walker. She just wants to get up and run with her brothers and sister. Happy 6 months my sweet little Violet.

Snow Day Houston 2009!

Our Snow Day 2009!

For about the fifth time in my 30 years of life, it snowed in Houston! Granted it wasn’t SNOW like up north but anytime something other than rain falls from the Houston sky, people get excited! The boys waited patiently until it came at about 1pm. They had a lot of fun playing in at and just watching it. They were a bit bummed that they didn’t get as much as their cousins in Wharton! Maybe next time there is a threat of snow, we’ll head down there for a “visit” lol!

All in all, they had a lot of fun and hope it happens again. I liked my one day of winter weather and wouldn’t mind going back to normal Texas weather now lol. Until next time…
